If for some reason your order did not show up or got damaged, we can issue a full refund or send another package at your request. If you received a partial order it could be possible that the remaining order is delayed in transit. If you have not received your order in a reasonable time (refer shipping page) we will immediately reship the remaining order. Please send us an email and we will address the issue on priority.
